The Let It Rain. Let It Fall. We’ve Got You Covered. contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Alu-Rex Inc. (the “Organizer”). Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules (the “Rules”).

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins on April 15, 2026 and ends on May 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).The random draw will take place on May 18, 2026 in Lévis, Quebec, Canada.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to residents of Canada and the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, who have reached the age of 18 at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Organizer, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

a) With large displays

  • Participants must take a photo of themselves with the display and the patch associated with the passion of their choice.
  • They must then share this photo on the contest Facebook post to receive one (1) entry.
  • To double their chances, they may also complete the online entry form by scanning the QR code displayed.

a) With counter displays

  • Participants must complete the online entry form by scanning the QR code displayed.

c) Alternative Free Method of Entry (AMOE)

Participants may also enter without using Facebook or scanning a QR code by mailing a legible handwritten card containing their full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a brief statement of their “passion” to:

Each valid mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the Contest.

4. Prizes

Four (4) high-performance rain gear sets, customized according to each winner’s passion, are available to be won.

  • Approximate retail value of each prize: $500 CAD/USD.
  • Total value for four (4) prizes: $2,000 CAD/USD.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise permitted by the Organizer.

5. Winner Selection

A random draw will be held on May 18, 2026 among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Four (4) winners will be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize Claim Conditions

Selected entrants will be contacted by private message on Facebook or by email (depending on entry method) within five (5) days following the draw.

To be declared a winner, selected entrants must:

  • Respond within five (5) days;
  • For Canadian residents only: correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question;
  • Sign and return a declaration and release form supplied by the Organizer.

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize, which may then be awarded to another entrant.

7. General Conditions

  • Any incomplete, fraudulent, late, or non-compliant entry will be void.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
  • The Organizer, its affiliates, partners, and agencies shall not be held responsible for technical failures, errors, or any other issues affecting entry or participation.
  • Void where prohibited.

9. Publicity

By entering, winners authorize the Organizer and its representatives to use their name, photo, image, voice, and/or statements about the prize for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Disputes

  • In Quebec, disputes regarding the organization or conduct of the Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. A dispute concerning the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
  • Elsewhere in Canada and in the United States, the Contest is governed by the applicable laws and courts of competent jurisdiction.
