TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

By submitting any content to Alu-Rex Inc., you declare and warrant that

• You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights to this content
• You have voluntarily waived all “moral rights” you may have to such content
• Any content sent is accurate
• You are at least 13 years old
• Use of the content you provide does not violate these Terms and Conditions of Use and does not harm any person or entity

Furthermore, you agree and declare that you will not submit any content

• That you know to be false, inaccurate, or misleading
• That violates any copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other third-party proprietary, publicity, or privacy rights
• That violates any law, statue, ordinance, or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination, or false advertising)
• That is or may reasonably be considered to be libelous, hateful, biased, offensive from a racial or religious standpoint, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership, or company
• For which you were paid or received any compensation by any third party
• That contains information referring to other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information, or telephone numbers
• That contains software viruses, worms, or other potentially harmful computer programs or files

You agree to indemnify and hold Alu-Rex (and its officers, directors, joint ventures, employees, and third-party service providers) harmless from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable attorney fees arising from a breach of your representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

For any content that you submit, you grant Alu-Rex a transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirely, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and/or sell and distribute such content, and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium, or technology whatsoever anywhere in the world, without compensation to you.

Any content you submit may be used at the sole discretion of Alu-Rex Inc. Alu Rex Inc. reserves the right to edit, condense, or delete any content on the Alu-Rex Inc. website that Alu-Rex Inc. deems, at its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision in these Terms and Conditions of Use. Alu-Rex Inc. does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Alu-Rex Inc. to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Alu-Rex Inc. reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any evaluation for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Alu-Rex Inc., are responsible for the content of your evaluation. None of the content you submit will be subject to any guarantee of confidentiality on the part of Alu-Rex Inc., its affiliates, partners, third-party service suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, and employees.

By submitting your email address in connection with your evaluation and your comments, you agree that Alu-Rex Inc. may use your email address to contact you about the status of your comments and for other administrative purposes.
