When Alu-Rex challenged Yzabelle Senecal to breathe new life into the waste generated during the production of its leaf guards, she enthusiastically accepted. The goal was to recycle the aluminum and copper flakes produced when the company’s T-Rex and Gutter Clean System are perforated. To this end, the Alu-Rex team suggested the illustrator integrate these flakes into one of her works of art.

Yzabelle Senecal’s Biography

An artist living in Montreal, Yzabelle Senecal completed her studies in visual and media arts at Université Laval in Québec City. The illustrator further developed her talent in France at the Superior School of Fine Arts in Marseille.

Yzabelle Senecal merges fantasy and nature in her work. Making reference to popular culture, tribal tales and tradition, she seeks to create images that transport viewers into a fantasy world.
