The Alu-Perf technology consists of 489 perforated holes, or one every 19” (48 cm). These holes allow water to flow at the same rate as it would in a 2” x 3” (5 cm x 7.5 cm) downspout. Imagine how efficient an entire rain gutter can be!

Additionally, Alu-Rex’s unique design comes with a shallow depth of 0.4” (1 cm). Laboratory and field testing has shown that this exact depth allows draining more water while leaving the wind work its magic, that is blowing away dead leaves, coniferous needles, and debris.

Why do rain gutters overflow?

Eavestroughs tend to overflow either because they are not wide and deep enough or because there are not enough downspouts for the surface area covered by the roof.
